Football League clubs across all 3 divisions are wearing the 'Thank You - NHS Patch on their shirts. The patch is a way of acknowledging the work of NHS staff during the pandemic.

The ‘NHS Rainbow – Thank You’ emblem will remain on playing shirts for all remaining fixtures of the 2019/20 Season
